Movie Night: Calendar Girls - NEW!

middle-aged Yorkshire women shed their in-
hibitions, and their clothes, to raise funds for
leukemia research at the local Women’s Institute.
Wild Game Cooking
with Chef Mike D’Amelio - NEW!

The Hunting & Fishing Club presents a wild
game cooking demonstration by Chef Mike
D’Amelio. Chef Mike is a private chef in the
Georgetown area. The menu will include: wild
boar loin braised in tomato sauce; quail scar-
piello with venison sausage; venison backstrap in cumberland
sauce; duck gumbo and other delicacies. All Sun City Texas
residents are invited to attend. Come out and see chef Mike
prepare some wonderful culinary delights. YUM!
Food Book Fair

It’s a Food Book Fair! This year we have rolled
our former Book Fair and Food Fair into one
exciting event for a café-like experience. If you
love to eat and love to read, then don’t miss this
event. This fair brings together readers and
writers to promote their books. Many of the participants are
fellow Sun City residents. Please come out and support them!

As the summer comes to a close, it’s time
to think about Follies auditions once again!
Singers, dancers and actors, there is plenty of
time to brush up your song or comedy act for
these final auditions. If you need help decid-
ing on audition material, contact Director Rosemary Byers at
for guidance, sheet music, dance informa-
tion or comedy scripts.
Singers:
An Accompanist will be provided for singers, but
please bring sheet music in your key.
Dancers:
A dance routine will be taught and performed
at the auditions.
Actors:
Comedy scripts will be available for you to look over
before your audition.
