Come enjoy the Boutique Bazaar on Friday,
August 16! Boutique-type stores/businesses
and franchise jewelers will be showing their
wares in the Ballroom for you to browse and/
or buy! This event was formerly the Jewelry
Bazaar, but has expanded from jewelry to also include purses,
scarves and more! Also learn more about the Wild Things!

Wild Things! Swap
12 – 2 p.m. , SCB
Deadline: noon, Friday, August 2
Discover new favorites as you swap for swag! Do you have a
drawer full of costume jewelry that seemed like a good idea at
the time? Be a part of Sun City’s jewelry swap on Friday, Au-
gust 16 – an addition to our already popular annual Boutique
Bazaar (formerly called Jewelry Bazaar).
How to participate in the swap:
• No more than 5 jewelry items (necklaces, rings, earrings,
bracelets, brooches, cabochons) can be turned in per person.
No broken items will be accepted.
• Put all 5 items into a Ziploc bag with your name and phone
number clearly printed on the bag. Attach earrings to a
small card (business size) – and then put into your bag.
If items are likely to tangle, put them in separate bags.
• The Lifestyle and Activities Department will accept swap
items until
noon on Friday, August 2
.
• On Friday, August 16 when you check in at the “Shop
and Swap,” you will receive one coupon per donated item,
allowing you to choose from among the treasures of the
other participants.
• Any items remaining at the end of the day will be donated
to a local thrift store.
This swap is for fun! Dollar value of items will not be taken into
consideration. This will be a one-for-one swap.

We will have a food vendor on the back patio from which you
may purchase hot dogs or street tacos.

Riders in the Sky. Their unique genetic vocal blend accompanied
by pure acoustic instrumentationwill take you back to the sounds
of the great singing cowboys like the Sons of the Pioneers, Roy
Rogers, and Gene Autry. All will be amused by the brothers’
bunkhouse comedy that is sure to make for an entertaining
show you won’t soon forget.

British comedy that finds Ned Devine sitting with a smile on
his face and the winning Irish National Lottery’s winning ticket
clutched in his hand. The trouble is that Ned has died of the
shock. His determined friends in the village must now convince
the lottery officials that Ned is indeed “awake” and the legitimate
lottery winner. Join us for good food and good fun!
