John Denver Tribute by Rick Schuler

Open seating - Theater Style
Rick Schuler is a singer/songwriter with four
albums to his credit. Rick not only resembles
John Denver, but he also sings and sounds
like him and has performed John Denver’s
music on television and radio. Shuler will
perform some of Denver’s greatest hits including “Leaving on
a Jet Plane” and “Thank God I’m a Country Boy”.
Garage Sale
Saturday, April 6, 8 a.m. to noon, SCPL
It’s time to clean out the closet, garage, junk
drawer and backyard! Purchase your garage
sale spot at Membership Services Office.
Twice a year, Sun City Texas hosts a public
garage sale for Sun Citians. Are you new and
need to get some of your ‘old house’ out of your ‘new home?’
Are you looking to raise money for your neighborhood? The
Garage Sale is a great event for shopping or buying and sell-
ing household items.
All booths are $45 and include a table and will be available for
setup Friday, April 5, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
No setup Saturday
morning; no vehicle traffic in these spaces Saturday
morning.
Booths will include a table.
Security officers will be onsite to patrol the sale area from 6
p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday; however the safety of your
sale items cannot be guaranteed. It is advisable to cover all
items due to possible weather hazard. All Garage Sale spaces
are the size of a parking spot. Once you purchase your space,
you will be issued a number which corresponds with a parking
space in the Social Center parking lot.
Sun City Singers Concert,
“Voices in Harmony” - NEW!
Wednesday & Thursday, April 10-11, 7 p.m., SCB, $8 pp
Tickets are now on sale for the SunCity Singers
spring concert entitled “Voices in Harmony.”
The concert will be performed on April 10 and
11 at 7 p.m. in the Social Center Ballroom.
Tickets are $8 and are reserved seating, so
