DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attends Computer Club Board meetings and provides reports on Help Center activities as needed and requested, relays pertinent information from Board meetings to the Help Center volunteers, encourages a training plan for new volunteers be implemented, and extracts data from the sign-in system (pre-populated in Excel format) as needed.

REPORTS TO:

The President, who provides specific assignments and overall guidance. Within this framework, the Help Center Director accomplishes duties on own initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Member of the Computer Club, tangible experience in the delivery of computer related support services in the Computer Club Help Center (HC) and or the delivery of home related support services, possess a willingness to be an advocate for the consensus needs of the HC volunteers, and the ability to nurture a cooperative/collegial atmosphere in the Help Center..
