“You don’t quit playing softball be-
cause you get old; you get old because
you quit playing.”
As one of the few spectator sports in Sun
City Texas, we invite you to come watch,
come play, come have some fun….at beau-
tiful Del Webb Field! The grandstand
cover makes watching the games more
comfortable and enjoyable.
Fall season league games will be played
from September 8 to November 13 on
Mondays and Thursdays. There are prac-
tice and pick-up games every Tuesday
and Friday beginning at 10 a.m. There is
also a very active, self-supporting travel-
ing team, the Sun City Warriors, for the
more competitive player.
You are invited to also check the Softball
Club website or the club bulletin board
at Del Webb Field for additional infor-
mation, league standings, schedules and
calendar events.
