Spring Plant Sale
Saturday, March 22, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sun City Gardens,
141 Sun City Blvd.
The Horticulture Club will be having their
Spring Plant Sale on Saturday, March 22 from
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sun City Gardens, 141
Sun City Blvd. Shrubs and bedding plants,
perennials and annuals, vegetables and herbs
will be for sale. We stock drought-tolerant and deer-resistant
varieties, with a focus on Texas Native and Adapted Plants.
Come early for the best selection. We also have Back To Nature
Cotton Burr Compost, pine bark mulch, and our own brewed
compost tea.

Garage Sale - New Start Time!

Twice a year, Sun City Texas hosts a public garage sale. The
Garage Sale is a great event for shopping, buying and selling
household items.
All booths are $45 and include a table. Set-up time for booths
is Friday, April 4, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• No setup or vehicle traffic in booth area on Saturday morn-
ing.

• Security officers will be onsite to patrol the sale area from

Twelve jurors must decide if a boy is guilty.
The evidence does not stand in his favor. Con-
versation turns to arguments as the juror’s
biases are at risk of altering their decisions.
A boy’s life is in their hands! The play calls for

Folkwine – Performance

Open Seating - Cabaret Style
Folkwine is a trio that specializes in tight har-
mony, singing songs from classic artists such
as Peter, Paul & Mary, The Kingston Trio,
Gordon Lightfoot, Marty Robbins, The Everly
Brothers, and Ian & Sylvia. They also mix in
songs from popular acts from the 1970s, such as John Denver,
TheMarshall Tucker Band, Bob Seeger, and The Eagles, as well
as their own fine originals. The trio consists of Buenger Dickson
(tenor guitar), Les Newcomb (six- and 12-string guitar), and Joe
Blanda (lead and slide guitar).
Dixieland Delight Dance & Party – NEW!

Bringing in the sounds of New Orleans, the
Sun City “.iss Me I’m Cajun” club is spon-
soring our first ever Dixieland Delight—a
fun night of listening and dancing in the
ballroom! The Austin Traditional Jazz Soci-
ety presents the Silver Creek Jazz Band, a seven-piece group
that will perform all your favorite Dixieland and Jazz tunes.
This event is open to all Sun City residents, but please note that
reservations cannot be made online nor at Member Services

This year, the Garage Sale set-up time
is on Friday, April 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Garage Sale
is open for shoppers on Saturday, April 5 from 8 a.m. to
noon. We will not allow any set up on Saturday morning
and no items will be sold prior to 8 a.m. Saturday, April
5. These rules were designed with safety in mind for all
participants and the rules will be enforced.
