stereo system plays background music,
the televisions show financial news in the

of the day. We are a wi-fi hot spot, too!

an individual or $20 for a couple. Ap-

We invite all Sun City Texas residents
to come and enjoy the game of bocce.
Newcomers are always welcome. After
a few sessions we will invite you to join
our club. Our dues are only $6 for the
remainder of the year.
During the past month, Joe Platek was
the only member who rolled a five point
frame. Congratulations, Joe!
Bocce Fact of the Month:
Where may
the bocce player stand when rolling the
balls? The player must stand with both
feet on the court, within the walls, and
behind the foul line (the line closest to
the end of the court). However, he/she
is not restricted to one side of the court
but may move from one side to the other
with each roll of the ball. It is courtesy
for the opposing player to step out of the
court while the competing team’s player
is rolling.
