With strong songwriting and great musicianship,
BSOJC has quickly jumped to the forefront of
the growing Alternative Country Scene. Their
constant touring and hard work have built the
band a loyal grass roots following both in the
states and abroad.

The Grooves’ show is an exciting combination
of classic rock, Motown, oldies, disco and rock
‘n’ roll. They are a seven-piece band with full-on
entertainment and will have you dancing with
music from 1950s to 1980s.
Costume Contest!
Since it’s Halloween, we will
host a costume contest with three categories: Most Creative Cos-
tume; Best Couple Costume and Best Group Costume (for a group
of three and more). Come dance, play and show off your favorite
Halloween costume!
Red Alert – Rock N Roll - NEW!
Friday, November 21, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., SCB, $10 pp

Back by popular demand, Red Alert is coming to
Sun City with all the rock n’ roll favorites. Their
repertoire includes songs fromthe late 70s through
the 80s to the top music hits.
New York - New York! New Year’s Eve

Why are we celebrating the New Year at a new
time (7 – 11 p.m.) this year? We will be celebrat-
ing with New York in New York style! As the
dazzling lighted ball descends the flagpole in
bustling Times Square at 11 p.m. CST, we will
be singing Auld Lang Syne with the Big Apple.
Light snacks and unlimited drinks will be served. (For more

Feel free to bring your own food and beverages to add to the
festivities. By popular demand we are bringing in
People’s Choice
to celebrate the New Year; they will be dressed to the nines
and ready to play your favorites. Festive, dressy-casual attire
is recommended for this event.
Note:
This is a holiday dance; therefore, there will be no country
line dancing space in the back of the room.

DANCE Etiquette
Sharing the floor: Be prepared to change the
direction of your patterns to avoid congested
areas. This requires thinking ahead and
matching your patterns to the free areas on the
floor. While this may sound complicated to the
novice dancer, it gradually becomes second
nature.
