A trip to the Hill Country would not be complete without a wine
tasting. At the Kerrville Hills Winery, we will sample four of
their fine wines. Before returning to Sun City, we will stop in
Fredericksburg at the Auslander Restaurant and Biergarten to
enjoy a Reuben Sandwich (corned beef, sauerkraut, melted Swiss
andmayo on grilled pumpernickel). The sandwich is servedwith
potato pancakes, a non-alcoholic beverage and apple strudel.
Ticket cost includes transportation, lunch, museum admission,
wine tasting and dinner.

Evita
– Majestic in San Antonio

Evita
concentrates on the life of Argentine political
leader Eva Peron, the second wife of Argen-
tine president Juan Peron. The story follows
Evita’s early life, rise to power, charity work
and eventual death. The musical began as a rock opera concept
in 1976 but changed a year later to a more traditional musical.
Its success then led to productions in London and on Broadway,
where it was the first British musical to receive a Tony Award
for Best Musical.
Dinner will be on your own at River CenterMall on the Riverwalk
inSanAntonio. An assortment of restaurants await your pleasure
–MarioMia, Luciano’s, Chili’s, Hooters and Tony Roma’s or you
may dine at the mall food court and do a little window shopping.
Note: There are steps down to the Riverwalk and the
Mall Center.
The Mall entrance is one block from where the
bus will drop off and pick up.
Ticket cost includes transportation and theatre ticket, orchestra
seatéing. Deadline to purchase tickets is April 25.

at iFLY—Austin’s first indoor skydiving facility!
Indoor skydiving mimics the exact experience
of free-fall skydiving without the parachute or
the risk. You will have the opportunity to soar
in wind speeds of up to 120 mph within the 14-foot wide by 50-
foot tall glass flight chamber, while accompanied by a certified
instructor. Each participant will complete two flights at your
own comfort level.

Kerrville Museum and Winery
Tuesday, April 29, $85 pp
Depart SCPL 8 a.m.; Return 8:30 p.m.
We’re off to Kerrville, a vi-
brant community and the capital of the Texas
Hill Country. Lunchwill be at BillyGene’s Res-
taurant on theGuadalupe River. The good food,
friendly service and beautiful atmosphere provide the flavors of
the Texas Hill Country. Entrée choices are Chicken Fried Steak
or Old Fashioned Meatloaf. Meal includes side salad, mashed
potatoes, green beans, non-alcoholic beverage of your choice and
banana pudding. Tax and tip included.
After lunch, we will spend two hours at theMuseum of Western
Art, where the legend of the American West lives on. The cow-
boys, Native Americans, settlers, the mountain men and others
who tamed the West share their adventure through rotating
exhibits. Themuseum is a showcase forWestern art and artists,
past and present, and provides art and history education for all
