Why do I teach aerobics?
I love to be fit and I love working out, but I understand that not
everyone does. Teaching aerobics lets me share my love of fitness,
health and well-being while making the experience fun for people.
Working out shouldn’t feel like work!
Participating in group fitness classes has such a positive impact
on the participants both physically and emotionally. People who
come to class become committed to living a healthier life, meeting new challenges
and reaching their potential. There’s accountability, camaraderie, a lot of smiles
