JB has been teaching
exercise classes since
1979 and personal
training since 1982.
She has owned her own
business “More Than
Aerobics” here inGeorgetown for 15 years
before becoming a regular instructor at
Sun City in 1996. She has taught at the
YMCA, Georgetown Recreation Center,
Dell Computer, World Gym, Synergy and
many other fitness organizations. She has
experience working with the Arthritis
Foundation instructing water classes,
working with cardiac rehab patients,
and teaching diabetic classes at a local
doctor’s office.
Certifications:
• Physical Fitness Specialist/General
Population, Physical Fitness Special-
fast-paced, 45-minute, full body strength
class. Series taught by Ki Browning.
Intro to Foam Rolling Series
Tuesday, 1-1:45 p.m.

A class teaching the use of a foam
roller to relieve muscle pain, gain core
strength and increase flexibility and
range of motion. Participants should
be able to easily get on and off the floor.

A one-hour workout designed for ten-
nis players which includes eye-hand
coordination drills, foot drills, core
and upper body weight training. Class
size is limited to a maximum of 6
people. Series led by Donna Duffy.

JB has lived in Georgetown
for 33 years. She has 4 children and 6
grandchildren and they all live in the area.
She loves to dance and has entered com-
petitions and given exhibitions around the
Austin area. She teaches Sunday School
and is active in her church. All of the
above make for a very busy and fulfilling
lifestyle!
Fitness Background:
While studying theater
performance at South-
western University,
Anna developed a pas-
sion for conscious move-
ment and began explor-
ing a variety of movement modalities that
eventually lead to her training as a Yoga
and Pilates instructor. She began teaching
in 2006. Anna fuses these eclectic styles to
create engaging and empowering sessions.
