NURSES INTEREST GROUP
A day of nostalgia to celebrate the nursing profession was
held by the Sun City Nurses Interest Group on March 1 at The
Worship Place. Stories were told, photographs were displayed
and many of the nurses wore their nursing school pins.

Shown here are two of the many live auc-
tion items being offered at this special
fundraising event: a 2005 Club Car and
a vintage Navajo Squash Blossom neck-
lace. Hosted by the Linda Day Performing
Arts Foundation, monies raised at this
event will go toward the Theatre building
that LDPAF plans to construct adjacent
to the Sun City Ballroom. The fundrais-
ing event will feature wine tasting, hors
d’oeuvres, a live and silent auction, and
live music throughout the evening. Tick-
