cated in the CyberCenter in the Activity
Center. Stop by to see everything that is
available to you for a small membership fee.
Monday Computer Club Programs
at 1 p.m. in the Ballroom
These programs are open to all Sun
City residents and a listing of speakers
can be found on the club’s website under
the meetings tab. (Programs subject to
change without notice).
Club Membership:
As a member, you
will have access to mentor help, media
conversion equipment, computer classes
at a low price, Special Interest Groups
(SIGs) that include Excel, Genealogy,
Hearing Solutions, iDevices, Mac User
Group, Picasa, ProShow Gold, Quicken,
Vector Vest and Win. Computers in the
lab have various software programs that
are for your use along with access to the
Internet.
Media Conversion Program:
The Com-
puter Club’s Media Conversion Program
will teach you how to convert your slides,
photos, 8mm movie film, video tapes, LP
records, audio cassettes or reel to reel au-
dio tape to digital format on CDs or DVDs.
Members need to check with a lab monitor
about signing up for a free workshop on
using conversion equipment.

Do you like music and dance? Come join
us. Various dance styles are incorporated
into “lines” and danced to a variety of
musical genres. You don’t need a partner.
New and prospective members are en-
couraged to start on the first Wednesday
of the month. Residents are welcome to
attend three times before joining. Dues
are just $14 for the entire year. Five so-
cials with special themes are held annu-
ally in the Ballroom.

Bocce Club members play Monday
through Saturday. Start times are nor-
mally 1 p.m. during the winter months,
but some members may be playing in the
mornings as the weather gets warmer.
Membership dues for this year remain at
$12 per person. New players and guests
are always welcome. Practice balls are
available in the unlocked containers at
the courts for anyone who would like to
give it a try. If you choose to come at the
regular club times we will show you how
the game is played. In five minutes you
will be an expert!
No players were able to score five points
in a frame this month.
The first league of the year will be ending
onMarch 12. The next league is planned
to start on April 5, and will run for eight
weeks.
Bocce Fact of the Month:
Although
bocce may be played on any relatively flat
area such as a lawn, the more formalized
game uses a court. The court is 60-90
feet long and 8-12 feet wide with walls on
all four sides to control the area of play.

Marble Falls for breakfast, then you are
a candidate for membership in the Sun
City Aviation Club.
Join us for lots of fun; we tell a few sto-
ries, we brag a little and we may even
try to predict the future of the aviation
industry. You will fit right in! Dues are

Kautz six-piece Spectrum Group. Mem-
bers are $5 at the door and guests are
$10. Ice, water, plastic glasses and nap-

The Billiard Center is open from 8 a.m.
to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and
8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

We are located at 1410 Sun City Blvd.,
across from the Pickleball courts.
Monday night is Social Billiards. This
is a great opportunity for ladies and
couples to play or learn to play with no
pressure. Just drop in and have some
fun! Beginners are encouraged and folks
show up anytime after 6 p.m.
Members are eligible for lessons, tourna-
ments and special billiards parties. Our
stereo system plays background music,
the televisions show financial news in the
mornings and news and sports the rest
