Our Speaker, Kristi B. Averett, will dis-
cuss “Essential Oils: Nature’s Powerful
Medicine.” She earned a BS in chemistry/
physics, an MS in respiratory physiol-
ogy, is a RRT and a Certified Life Health
Coach. She will guide us to discover and
explore the power of natural resources
for optimal health and disease preven-
tion, how to strengthen the body’s im-
mune system naturally and dramatically
increase the body’s energy. Guests are
always welcome.

A couple of centuries have passed since
the dreamers, experimenters and inven-
tors considered flying an achievable objec-
tive. Yet some still dream about having
a little more time, more money and just
the right amount of talent and encourage-
ment to achieve goals of soaring in that
vast blue sky.
These ambitious, successful and often
notable people gather regularly to discuss
aviation’s past and present glory. We are
the Sun City Aviation Club, which meets
every second Saturday of the month at
8:30 a.m. for coffee and donut holes, in
the Atrium of the Activities Center.

Tickets are now on sale for the hilarious
Neil Simon play,
Chapter Two,
coming
to Sun City in April. The plot involves
George Schneider, a recently widowed
writer, who is introduced to soap opera
actress Jennie Malone by his press agent
brother Leo and her best friend Faye. Jen-
nie’s unhappymarriage to a football player
has dissolved after six years, and she is
uncertain if she is ready to start dating
again. Neither is George, whose memories
of his first wife threaten to interfere with
any effort to start a new romance. Cabaret
seating $14, April 23, 26 & 27; theatre
seating $12, April 24 & 25.

is under the direction of Denis Adams.

Auditions for one of the most popular
American plays of all time,
Inherit the
Wind,
will be held March 11, 9 a.m.–
Noon, Salado Room and March 12, 9
a.m.-Noon in the Jarrell/Walburg room.
The play is a fictionalized account of the
1925 Scopes “Monkey Trial,” which re-
sulted in John T. Scopes’ conviction for
teaching Darwin’s theory of evolution
to a high school science class, contrary
to a Tennessee state law. There are 30
speaking characters, with lines from one
to many; also scientists, townspeople,
hawkers, reporters, jurors and specta-
tors. Some may sing hymns at a prayer
meeting. Callbacks March 13, 9:30 a.m.
