Main Street Bethlehem & Christmas Lights –
Burnet, Johnson City & Marble Falls - NEW!

Dinner – Texas TeaLicious Restaurant
Sunday, December 13, $40 pp
Depart SCPL 3:30 p.m.; Return 10 p.m.

                                       Join us for a Christmas celebra-
                     tion! First we will travel to Burnet for a deli-
                     cious meal at the Texas TeaLicious Restaurant
                     (www.txtealicious.com). Entrée choice: grilled
                     chicken breast with rosemary cream sauce on
the side OR Salisbury steak; garden salad; green beans; dessert
choice: pecan pie OR fruit cobbler; and tea or coffee.
Then we will travel a short distance to Main Street Bethlehem.
Sponsored by the Burnet First Baptist Church, this is a remark-
able recreation of the sights, sounds, and smells of Bethlehem
at the time of Jesus’s birth 2,000 years ago. There is no charge;
however, you may wish to make a donation to the church.
Next we will travel to Johnson City to see spectacular Christmas
lights in two locations, the Blanco County Court House (we
will not get out of the bus) and the Pedernales Electric Co-Op’s
Headquarters (we will get out for only 10 minutes). Then we
will drive to Marble Falls to visit the Walkway of Lights at
Lakeside Park. This self-guided outdoor walking display will
last 30 minutes.
NOTES: Tours require walking and standing; dress
accordingly for the weather. Trip may be canceled if
inclement weather. No menu substitutions.
Ticket cost includes transportation, dinner (tip included), and
tours as described.

Nature In Lights – Belton - NEW!

Depart SCPL 4:45 p.m.; Return 8:30 p.m.

                           Enjoy a spectacular Christmas light
                     display! Belton’s 18th annual Nature in Lights
                     is our destination where we will be enthralled
                     by the holiday and patriotic lights that span a
                     5.5 mile drive along the lake shore area. Some
displays are as high as 40 feet. The finale is a drive-through
tunnel of lights over 500 feet long! This is a must-see event!
We will start with dinner at Schoepf’s BBQ where we will have a
private room with a buffet of two meats, accompanied by coleslaw
and potato salad, a soft drink or iced tea.
Ticket cost includes transportation, dinner, and light show
admission.
