The Girls’ and Boys’ basketball teams
have been participating in the state bas-
ketball playoff tournaments. The playoffs
began with Bi-District and continued
with Area and Regional games. The
State Finals will be played at the Al-
amodome in San Antonio. We send our
best wishes to the teams!
The words “fun, food, fellowship, and
fantastic action” are great descriptions
of Eagle Boosters. Each game allows you
to talk with your fellow sport fans while
watching GHS athletes compete against
other schools. Occasionally, the outcome of
a game is determined in the final seconds,
just as the horn sounds! These talented
and hard-working students appreciate our
support and we enjoy watching themplay.
During the year, we host several meals
which provide us an opportunity to meet
and greet with coaches and players. Join
the Boosters for $10 annually.
