Time to Spring Forward!
Daylight saving time begins
Sunday, March 8
Be sure to set your clocks one hour forward
as daylight saving time begins on Sunday,
March 8. This is also a great time to change
your smoke detector batteries or replace your
smoke detectors altogether, especially if they
are more than 8-10 years old.
Update your info!
Deadline is April 1
The Communications Department will be printing
the next Sun City Texas Resident Directory in
May, and we want to be sure that your informa-
tion will be correct so that all your friends and
neighbors can contact you. The Resident list used
in the printed directory is pulled from the Online
directory; therefore, it is very important to make
sure your information is correct on the Sun City
Texas website.
• Go to
• Log in with your member ID and password
• On the Resident Home page, select My Profile in the left navigation list
under Resident Home.
• Click on Edit My Profile to correct your information
Your information will be displayed.
(Note: Each person in a household
has his/her own separate profile.)
Review the information to see if it is
correct; if not, please correct the information. If you need further assistance,
go to the Member Services Office and someone can make the change or give
you a form to fill out to get the change made for you.
If you plan to change your email provider in the next year,
do it now
so that
your information will be correct in the new Directory!

While drought con-
ditions have been
somewhat alleviated
by recent weather
trends, water con-
servation in Central
Texas continues to be
a priority. Please join us Friday, April
10, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Social
Center Ballroom, where we will address
these concerns on a local level. Topics
will include Sun City Texas’ 2015 com-
munity goals and objectives, resident
testimonials on current conservation
technologies and an update from the City
of Georgetown regarding their latest pro-
grams. We hope to see you there—and
remember, there are a number of ways
to save water and help the environment,
but they all start with you!
