to watchAmerica’s favorite pastime—baseball!
Join us as we head to Dell Diamond to see the
RoundRockExpress take on theOmaha Storm
Chasers. The Round RockExpress, a class Triple-APacific Coast
Minor League team, is in its 15th exciting season.
On our way to the game we will stop at HomeField Grill. This
locally owned and operated restaurant specializes in wood grill-
ing, so you may want to try a sizzling wood-grilled, 100 percent
Texas-grown, Nolan Ryan All-Natural burger or steak, their
signature Flamethrower Flatbread, or one of 70 other delicious
menu items. Since dinner is ‘on your own’ you can spend or eat
as much or as little as you like.

‘The Sleeping Beauty’ by the
Austin Ballet at The Long Center
Saturday, May 10, $87 pp

This Mother’s Day weekend, let yourself
be swept away into a sublime world of kings,
queens, fairy godmothers and storybook crea-
tures. The timeless tale of The Sleeping Beauty
comes to life in the most majestic classical bal-
let of all time, set to Tchaikovsky’s fabulous and familiar score.
Center mezzanine seats will grant you a spectacular view of this
gorgeous production featuring grand sets and exquisite costumes.
You will enjoy special appearances by fairy tale favorites like
Puss-in-Boots and Little Red Riding Hood. And of course we
can’t forget the kiss from the handsome prince – the kiss that
will create a memory to cherish happily ever after.
Following ourmatinee, wewill make a dinner stop at TheDomain
where a fine array of restaurants await your selection—Gourmet
Pizzas, Asian Fusion, Austin-styled Mexican, American Bistro
or Northern Italian—it’s a palate of wonderful treats.

Long Center Tour and Trailer Food Tuesday

Have you ever wonderedwhat the
stars’ dressing room at the Long Center looks
like orwhere they enter?Why are those vents on
the floor andwhy did they use this design? And
why is it named the Long Center?We’ll find out
the answers to all of those questions and many more facts and
tidbits about the gorgeous Long Center in our 45-minute tour of
the facility. This five-year-old center, that sits so uniquely on the
shore of Lady Bird Lake, is a true work of art complimenting the
works of ‘live art’ held in the center.
After the tour, it’s time to eat. We will head to the City Terrace
fronting the Long Center where you are on your own to feast
from a variety of eateries known as the Food Trailers. What
an adventure! Bring your appetite because 8-10 trucks will be
rolling onto the Terrace and of course, they all have something
