My name is Victoria
Young. I am a personal
trainer here in Sun
City Texas and teach
an indoor cycling class
at Cowan Creek Fitness
Center. I became amas-
sage therapist by way of personal training.
As a trainer I saw postural imbalances
that caused pain and limitations to the
body. I became a licensed massage thera-
pist to offer a complete package. Massage
therapy allows me the additional tools to
help others improve their quality of life.

Fitness Center Open regular hours. Classes run as regularly scheduled.
The SlimDown Class offers a beginner to
intermediate 30-minute circuit workout
with cardio interval training, strengthen-
ing and core stability exercises. At 7:15
a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
at the Texas Drive Fitness Center, you
will find a great group of participants get-
ting a full body workout led by instructor
Donna Duffy. Attendees say the class is
the perfect way to start the day.
