Volunteer of the Month
The purpose of the Pickleball Association of Sun City Texas Volunteer of the Month Program is to recognize the efforts of an individual who renders outstanding service to the club within a calendar month. If you'd like to view past recipients of our VOM Award, click on on a month (link) below the Volunteer of the Month Program button on the menu to the left.
To refer a volunteer for recognition of individual contributions to the Sun City Pickleball Club, club members should download and complete the Volunteer of the Month Recommendation Form and submit it by email or in person to the club secretary, Peg O'Toole, no later than the 15th day of the month following the recognized event or activity.
As a reminder, recommendations and selection for Volunteer of the Month should be based on any or all of the following demonstrated criteria:
- Leadership Skills
- Enthusiasm
- Creativity
- Interaction with Others during an Event or Activity
So as to provide the broadest recognition of club members who dedicate their time and service to the club, a volunteer can only receive one volunteer award per quarter. STCPC Board members are not eligible for this award.
