Feldenkrais Method

A slow moving, methodical class to
strengthen the muscles around the pelvic
floor. Series is based on the Feldenkrais
method. Participants should be able to get
on and off the ground. The classwill be led

the joints in the feet, ankles, knees,
hips, torso, spine, and neck. Class will
explore joint-freeing yoga exercises and
