LOVE FOR DANCE:
Meredith was born to dance. She
started dancing at age 11, collecting money from selling
seeds and greeting cards to pay for her first dance class
and dance shoes. She’s been teaching dance in Sun City
Texas for 14 of the 15 years she’s lived here. She created
the Tap and the 2nd Chance Dance programs, as well
as the Sunshine Variety Show, so that her dancers could
perform. She’s directed two Follies and is currently
president of the Ballroom Dance Club. Although she’s
retiring from teaching classes, she still loves to dance
and wants to share that love with others.
