20th Anniversary

20 years ago, when we laid down the foundation for Sun City Texas, we never could have imagined what was about to be built. Houses? Of course - 7,100 and counting. But also, something more. Friendships were established and neighborhoods were assembled. Clubs were brought together, relationships blossomed and on more than one occasion the whole town was painted red.

This year, we celebrate that community and the people, past and present, who built it. Together, we have created something we can
all be proud of in a place each of us is glad to call home.

We have a year of events and activities planned for our residents to celebrate this milestone and we want to extend our sincere thanks to our generous sponsors Del Webb, Suddenlink and Goodwater Wealth Management Group of Raymond James for making this possible.
