June 3 & 4 The Pond & Garden Tour 2017 (23rd tour) will be Saturday, June 3 touring the North Ponds and the Night Pond; and Sunday, June 4 touring the South Ponds at Mayfield Park. The tour includes over 20 gardens around the Austin area. The theme this year is “Backyard Bliss” and the ponds show it. Almost half the ponds are new to the tour, and we have some classics. We have a cluster of ponds in Georgetown/Sun City thanks to the Sun City Garden Club. The Pirate Ship Pond is back, maybe for the last time. The Night Pond, open only on Saturday night, is a 22,000 gallon work of pure imagination.
