Tales of history and blankets of wildflowers set the stage for a new adventure in Boerne, home to the famous Hill Country Mile. More than 140 historic structures have been lovingly restored and re-purposed as cafes, brew pubs, antique malls, boutiques and art galleries. We will have 3 hours to browse, sample, and taste the offerings of this wonderful town before heading to the Tejas Rodeo – the greatest show on dirt. The Tejas Rodeo Company features a covered pro-rodeo arena and dance pavilion with live music, award winning steakhouse, food and drink kiosks, and mechanical bull riding. Enjoy a true taste of Texas as contestants ply their skills in bull riding, team roping, and barrel racing. Finish the evening with a bit of good ole Texas two-steppin'.
