News & Views and the Sun City Texas VMAG would like to invite the community to learn more about the National Mounted Warrior Museum, a 42,000 square foot facility projected to open in late 2020 near Fort Hood. Keynote speaker, retired Army Lt. Gen. Paul E. (Butch) Funk, will discuss the vision for this world-class, state-of-the-art military museum intended to honor the units and soldiers who have served at Fort Hood, Texas, from WWII to the present day (and beyond).

Please join us for this informational presentation to learn more about how you and your family will be able to enjoy the museum, exhibits and activities. Light refreshments will be provided and the event is open to the public. Click Here for more information about the project.
