Our adventure begins with Conquest of the Skies, Bob Bullock’s latest 3D IMAX movie.  Enter the world of remarkable animal aviators and the 300 million year old story of flight – from the fastest predatory falcons to acrobatic insects; from night fliers like owls and bats to soaring and gliding birds capable of traveling long distances. Discover how animals rose up and conquered the skies.

After a quick stop downtown for lunch on your own, we will take a self-guided tour through the Texas Memorial Museum. View spectacular specimens including the Pterosaur, with a wingspan of 40 feet and a 30 foot Mosasaur that swam in the shallow seas that covered most of the state.  Three floors of prehistoric life, fossils, gems, native wildlife and a special exhibit, The Buzz Saw Sharks of Long Ago, lend a unique combination of science, art and humor to the tour.

Our final tour is Vaudeville! at The Harry Ransom Center.  Explore vaudeville's influences from Roman mimes to the saloons of the American frontier.  See artifacts related to some of Vaudeville's best known performers – Harry Houdini, Mae West, W.C. Fields and others.

Ticket cost includes transportation, movie, and museum fees.  Maximum tickets: 40
