On three Thursday mornings per month we meet at the Legacy Hills Parking lot (next to Berry Creek pond) at 8:30 AM for one of our Clays Days. We car pool to Capitol City Gun club for a morning of shotgun shooting fun. Capitol City is a full service shooting club with Trap and Skeet fields, 5-Stand, and Sporting clays fields available for our enjoyment.
There is no requirement to be a member, though the cost per target is lower if you join.
We divide into squads on our arrival based on your preference for clay target games.
We usually finish shooting late morning and and adjourn to a nearby restaurant for a social lunch and a beverage of your choice.
All you need to bring is your shotgun, 100 rounds or more of target loads, shooting glasses and ear protection and a good appetite.
