We will begin our trip early enough to allow
plenty of time for lunch on your own at one of
the Fredericksburg restaurants prior to the
2 p.m. performance of Happily Ever After.
Dena and Cary Dyer celebrate 20 years of marriage with a holiday
variety show that is both funny and poignant. From their first
fight right after their wedding to the date night they both would
like to forget, the Dyers honestly portray the ups and downs of
romance. Couples young and old are sure to be entertained and
encouraged by this evening of comedy, storytelling and chart
topping love songs from decades past.

It is holiday time in small town Tuna, Texas!
Tuna’s two favorite residents, OKKK radio hosts
Thurston Wheelis and Arles Struvie, report
on the Yuletide activities, holiday decorations,
Christmas plays and all the gossip that goes with a liberal yet
conservative bunch of people in Tuna. Two actors play all 22
characters in this satirical comedy of the season. And wait until
you see their outfits! Ladies, where do they shop? With Jaston
Williams directing the show, you will laugh until your sides ache
NOTE: This show contains adult humor.
After the two hour play held in the smaller Kleberg Theatre on the
Zach property, we will have dinner on our own at The Domain,
where Christmas lights abound with shopping galore. Maps and
suggestions will be provided.

Enjoy a winter wonderland of shopping
beginning with The Armadillo Christmas
Bazaar in the Palmer Center. One of Austin’s
longest-running iconic events, it features a
dazzling selection of unique gifts from stocking stuffers to
collectable fine art. Find both local and nationally acclaimed
artists with stunning displays that will stimulate not only your
sense of sight and touch but also art that you can smell and taste.
Next is The Domain, Austin’s premier urban shopping district,
featuring upscale stores and chef inspired dining options. The
shops will be decked out in holiday finery, and as you browse the
beautiful displays and seasonal offerings, you are sure to find
the perfect gifts. You will choose one of three shopping districts,
Dillard’s, Macy’s, or Nordstrom’s. Maps showing stores and
restaurants for each district will be provided.
Our last stop is Trader Joe’s at The Arboretum. With its array of
yuppie-approved, affordable gourmet foods, Trader Joe’s is fast
becoming an American institution. Showcasing both cultural
variety and genuine value with its quirky lineup of staples and
indulgences, it is the perfect finale for our holiday shopping spree.

Take a timeless tale of joy and
goodwill, fill it with some of the greatest songs
ever written, add fabulous dance numbers, top
it off with lots of snow and you have the all new
stage adaption of Irving Berlin’s classic movie, White Christmas.
This is the story of a song-and-dance team putting on a show in
a magical Vermont inn and falling for a stunning sister act in
the process. The show features a score of beloved songs including
Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep, Sisters, How Deep is the
Ocean and the ageless title tune, White Christmas.
Dusk will be upon us as we leave the Majestic Theater giving us
the opportunity to experience the centuries old tradition of Fiesta
de las Luminarias. More than 6,000 warmly glowing lights in
sand-filled bags line the San Antonio River Walk to symbolically
mark the “lighting of the way” for the Holy Family. You will
have two hours to enjoy your favorite restaurant, stroll through
