ing strong.
“J.B.’s leadership has meant so much to me,
and I continue going twice a week because
I like her personally and because I feel so
much better. I can now hop out of a chair
where before I would struggle!” Sandra says
enthusiastically.
And it gets even better. Three years after
Sandra started training with J.B., Tom
saw the improvement in Sandra’s mobility
and quality of life. He decided he too would
work with J.B.!
Their dedication has paid off.
“Sandra has improved tremendously, and is
discovering that working through a painful
area can actually be very beneficial in de-
creasing the pain through movement,” J.B
says. But she is quick to add a word of cau-
tion. “You have to be careful of injury. This
is where a personal trainer can add a huge
benefit to your exercise routine, especially
when dealing with physical challenges.”
J.B. also mentions that Tom has improved
his posture and strength as well. “Both of
these amazing clients have realized that
fitness has become a lifestyle. I am very
