discovered a tumor in her right lung two years ago and most
of the lung was removed. Feeling fragile and listless, she knew
she needed help from a professional like Allison to fully recover.

“While doctors were able to restore her health, she was not

needed to do something more to improve her quality of life.
Beverly needed a trainer who could help her regain strength
and stamina,” Allison adds. “In our sessions, we do everything
from breathing work and corrective exercises to total-body
strength training. Her strength, stamina, and mobility are
much improved, as is her posture.”
As a bonus, Beverly has also lost 10 pounds. “Personal training
makes me aware that good nutrition and exercise are essential
for a healthy lifestyle,” says Beverly, happy that she now has
the energy to fully enjoy her retirement. “I would be doing the
same routine over and over if I didn’t have Allison. She changes
the workout at every session. I’m tired but I have a great feeling
