John consistently introduces new exercises into Patty’s routine.
He pushes Patty to her limit, yet ensures she stays safe. “I feel
very comfortable knowing that John is watching my breathing,
and that he knows when to say ‘two more reps’ and when to say
‘stop,’” Patty says.
