2014 Holiday Drawing

As SunCity continues to grow, each fall it is necessary to have
a drawing to allocate venues for the following year’s holiday
events. The annual Holiday Drawing for 2014 will be held
in the Ballroom on Wednesday, November 6, at 10 a.m. All
chartered club and neighborhood request forms have been
sent out andmust be submitted to the Social CenterMonitor’s
Desk no later thanMonday, November 4. Any chartered club
or neighborhood requesting space for a holiday party MUST
have a representative present at the drawing to select their

2014 HOA/LMH Payment
Election Options

If you would like to make changes to your payment election for
2014, now is the time to make those changes. If you are happy
with your current election, there is nothing you need to do.
The change form is available online at
:
• Log in with Member ID and Password
• Click on Site Index
• Click on Forms
• Scroll down to CA Forms and Applications
• Under Homeowners Association Dues, click on Payment
Election and Bank Draft Authorization forms for 2014.

The three options for 2014 HOA/LMH payments are:
1. Annual payment in full by credit card, cash or check―due
January 31, 2014.
2. ACH bank draft quarterly
3. ACH bank draft monthly
The deadline for 2014 changes is December 16, 2013.
All statements will be mailed the first week of January 2014
with no statement fee. Remember, all mailed statements after
January 2014 will incur a $2 processing fee; to avoid this fee
you can sign up for E-Bills (see below).

in all accounts, including fitness classes, fitness lessons, pre-
paid MGA, gift cards, sweeps, golf lessons, punch cards, and

longer receive a mailed statement. So, help us go green, save
