Zumba is a fun, Latin-based dance class. There
is so much excitement and great music, it is hard
to believe it is a workout. Beginners welcome
and you don’t have to be a good dancer to
love this class. Give it a whirl at Texas Drive on
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 p.m.
There are great benefits of biking and
awesome opportunities to learn to ride
or perfect your biking skills in our Group
Fitness Indoor Cycling classes. Since
daily aerobic exercise is important for
heart health and weight control, it is in-
valuable to find great classes like indoor
cycling to get you motivated and moving
to keep your body healthy and strong!
While cycling in an indoor cycling class,
members receive the instruction needed
to ensure good form and safety. Group
cycling also provides great music and a
workout plan that is more fun and more
effective than if you were doing it alone.
We offer the following cycling classes, so
you can pick the length of your class and
if you want some strength training too!

30 minutes of cycling + 30 minutes
of full body strength training

We want your tickets!
If you are a group fitness class ticket holder and still have paper
tickets, we want to get you into the electronic system. Please
bring your tickets to the fitness center front desk and we will
reissue them for you electronically. Also, make sure you get your
PIN number from the CA office by calling 512-948-7720, if you
do not know your PIN. You will need it when you check-in. The
first 50 people to submit their tickets will get one ticket free!
