Changes to Online ePayment Services
Effective January 31, ePayment Services (the online webpage that you use to pay your HOA dues or member charges) was disabled for an updated webpage. We are currently working with our accounting software provider to develop training for the new webpage which will be available soon to pay your HOA dues or member charges. In the interim, payments can be made at the Member Services Desk.
- This does NOT impact your check (ACH) drafts.
- This does NOT impact the SABO ticketing system.
Should you have any questions, please contact Learhea Verett at 512-948-7713.

The Retreat Grand Opening
|
|
|
Mark your calendars for the grand opening of the newest amenity center in Sun City Texas. The Retreat is located at 1220 Cattleman Drive (off Sun City Blvd. near TX-195) and includes a fitness center, visual arts room, a multi-purpose room with a stage, a space for set-building and storage for AcTAG and a catering kitchen. Other amenities in this area include pickleball courts, outdoor pool and spa, a pond for irrigation and hiking trails.
The crews are making excellent progress and beginning to add finishing touches to the site and we look forward to moving in later this month. We will send additional updates to the community as information becomes available.

An Additional Service for
Sun City Veterans
Since March of last year, Sun City resident volunteers have helped more than 100 Sun City veterans pre-register for their earned burial benefits at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (CTSCX) in Killeen. This program has been very successful and will continue.
New Service for Homebound Vets
We are now providing an additional service to veterans who are eligible for burial benefits and reside in Sun City but are homebound and unable to get to the Social Center. To schedule a home visit by a volunteer, contact Pattie Brady at [email protected] or call 512-240-5338.
Every Wednesday
If you don't need a home visit, you can discuss your burial benefits every
Wednesday between 1 - 3 p.m. Look for one of the CTSVC volunteers seated at a table in the Social Center Lobby.
Click Here to visit our veterans web page for more local vet information.
