Program/Class Descriptions
Aqua Fitness
Various cardio and strength training exercises using resistance equipment to increase heart and lung function. All classes end with cool down and stretching exercises to improve flexibility. 60 min Level 2-4
Aqua for Balance
A beginner pool program for those seeking to improve balance, coordination, and strength, incorporating aqua specific relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve cardiovascular health. 45 min Level 1
Aqua Intervals
A challenging, fun and effective workout. Music sets the pace for intervals of cardio/strength and toning/recovery. 60 min Level 3
Aqua Slim Down
Based on a "Biggest Loser" fitness program this aqua version will include: 4 min cardio, 3 min strength, 2 min core, and 1 min rest. This cycle will repeat 4 times with a stretch at the end. 45 min Level 2-3
Balanced Body
Posture, balance, strength, & flexibility are the focus of this class which incorporates weights and stretching. 60 min Level 3
Begginer CW Dance - 2 Step
This class is just for beginners. We will learn the basic dance protocol which includes timing, frame, and position, etc. Plus patterns everyone will be able to do well by the end of the 6 weeks. Leather sole shoes are recommended.
Beginner II Country Western 2-Step
Must register with a partner.

Beginner II is designed for the “in-between” or “not sure” couple who have taken lessons before, know the basic information and have no trouble remembering patterns to last through a whole song.
Don’t forget, new patterns are taught during all of our lessons. Taught by Gregory & JB
Beginner Pilates
This introductory class is for absolute beginners as well as for those who would like to go back to the basics. Strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility, balance, and posture by learning the Pilates method of exercise. Must have the ability to get down and up from the floor. Taught by Nancy.
Cardio Fun
Improve your cardio during this aerobic dance inspired class. You'll enjoy music, choreography and movement while burning calories. No high impact moves. 60 min Level 2-4
Cardio Kickboxing
Jabs, cross, hook, uppercut and kick your way to fitness. Non contact. 30 min Level II-IV
Cardio Sculpt
Combination class using the floor and step for cardio and various weight equipment for strength. 60 min Level 4
Chair Yoga Lite
A gentle introduction to yoga basics adapted for the chair. Learn classic yoga poses and breathing techniques to improve posture and stress less, all without ever getting on the floor. The class will sit in a chair, with optional periods standing supported by the chair or wall. No previous yoga experience necessary. Enjoy the benefits of yoga, and never leave your chair!

Gentle Breath-Centered Yoga
Accessible and thoughtfully sequenced yoga for those who enjoy a gentle, mindful practice. 55 min Level 2
Parkinson's FIT
Classes are planned to help improve mobility, stability, strength, endurance, cognition, and flexibility. A combination of seated and standing stretching and strengthening exercises using weights, balance pads, resistance bands, etc. are incorporated. Team and individual exercises and activities are adjusted to each individual’s level of fitness and ability.
Parkinson's Punch
Classes begin October 16!

This boxing class with improve your quality of life while working to improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. We provide the boxing gloves. You bring the water and energy!
Pilates
Develop balance, flexibility and strength with focus on abdominals/back while improving posture. 60 min Level 2- 3
Sit-n-Fit
Chair exercises using slow movements and stretching to increase balance, flexibility & range of motion. 60 min Level 1
Strength
40 min of total body exercises using resistance equipment to build strength and muscle endurance. Followed by 20 min stretch and cool down. 60 min level 2-3
Sunrise Yoga
Hatha yoga practice including postures, stretching, alignment and breathing techniques. 60 min Level 3
Total Body
Work all your muscle groups in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. 30 min level 2-3
Twinges 'n Hinges
Designed to reduce pain & stress in joints: improve endurance & range of motion. Low impact. 60 min
Level 1-2
Vinyasa Yoga
45 min of strong yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence of coordination with the breath. Class will end with a 15 minute final relaxation. 60 min level 3-4
Yin Yoga
This reaches deep into the body past the muscles into the fascia and connective tissues. We take time to relax in postures. This practice increases range of motion, helps to clear subtle, often hidden energy blockages and facilitates deep relaxation, an increased sense of balance and emotional peace. Go beyond muscle strengthening and stretching. All Levels welcome. To stay warm feel free to wear “sweaters” and/or socks.
Yoga
Class includes multiple levels of various yoga postures to enhance strength and flexibility. 60 min Level 2-4
Yoga Nidra *Only September 23*
Relax and feel great - "its not that kind of yoga". This is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping known to relieve stress and anxiety as well as aiding with sleep issues, increased energy levels, and overall well-being. We have all the items you need for class. However, bring g\your own yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye mask, whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor and experience deep relaxation. You may bring a camp chair if you are not able to get up and down from the floor. 60 min. All Levels
Zumba
Dance yourself into cardiovascular fitness and a strong core with this fun, Latin based dance class! 45-50 min Level 2-4
Zumba Toning
Learn the basic moves of Zumba plus muscle toning. Dance your way to a strong core and cardiovascular fitness in the fun, Latin based dance class. 50 min Level 2-4
