- Moderna & Pfizer Booster Vaccine – Only Booster Shots will be given.
- The updated COVID-19 boosters are formulated to better protect against the most recently circulating COVID-19 variant.
- You can get a Booster if it has been 2 months since you received the original vaccine series or most recent booster shot.
- Regardless of which COVID vaccine you have received in the past, you may request either Moderna or Pfizer for this Booster.
- Save time – pick up a Vaccine Consent Form at any Monitor Desk. Fill out the front page only and bring it with you to the Clinic
- The same Vaccine Consent Form is used for the Flu or COVID shot. If you are planning to get both the Flu & COVID shots at the same time, only 1 form is needed.
- Medicare and most insurance cover cost of Flu & COVID booster shots
- Bring your Medicare or Insurance card to the clinic
- Bring your COVID shot record with you. If you don't have it, Walgreens will give you a new one.
