Songwriting duo Edward Billock and James Hodges comprise Oatmeal Sound Co. Although somewhat new to central Texas, the duo's beginnings actually took place 30 years ago when Edward and James met in West Texas. Their musical connection was immediate and the songwriting began! Over the years, their families were physically separated by many miles, but they were still connected in heart. Edward and James made it back to the same zip code around Oatmeal, Texas. Their classic Americana style is showcased with original music and favorites from the 60s and 70s. Join us at The Retreat for an amazing night of music and don't forget to bring along some beverages and snacks! |
