Remote Ride - Wednesday, April 7th @ 8:30 Parking on West side of Dale's Restaurant. Lunch at Dale's with outdoor seating available after ride.
We have 2 routes selected with mild climbing since this is our first Remote Ride of the year. Both rides are through farm land with rest stop in Granger for 29 milers and both Granger and Bartlett for 40 milers.
Walburg to Granger and return: 29 miles @ 750 feet elevation
Depart from Dale's Restaurant parking lot and ride east through farm land to Granger. Map/cue sheet: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/19413234
Stop off at Granger's Quick Pantry @ 11 miles, then return to Walburg.
Walburg to Granger/Bartlett with loop back to Walburg: 40 miles @ 941 feet elevation
Stop off at Granger's Quick Pantry @ 12 miles, or Bartlett's Donut & Kolache Shop at 25 miles ——————————————————
There may be those who choose to ride their normal MWF route from the Tennis Courts to Walburg, which adds 12 miles each way, but we're hoping everyone joins for lunch at Dale's Restaurant outdoor seating. I can take an extra bike back, if you want to tack on 12 miles to Walburg, plus have lunch. Enjoy!
