N13 Christmas Holiday Pizza Party Fundraiser Date: Friday June 18th Time: 5pm Meet and Greet 5.30pm Pizza Place: The Lonestar room at the Retreat. ( masks optional ) Cost: $12.00 per person Nanci Horton, Chairperson, has a box at her front door for drop off 104 Rio Grande Loop Cash or checks to be made out to SCTXCA There will be NO collection at the door Deadline for drop off is June 11th The Fundraiser is to pay for a band and caterer -- most of our decorations will be reused from past years in order to keep the final cost down. Note: To use the Ballroom we need to have about 120 attendees, to date we have 38 signed up for the Fundraiser. If you plan to come to the Christmas/December party we would appreciate your participation at this fundraiser.
