Canon Camera - Zoom

This class will be held via Zoom and you must register for the class before June 10th.

The first Zoom call is scheduled for June 12 at 10:00. Once you have registered for the class you will receive both an automated confirmation of registration and a personal email from the instructor, Bob Bearden, that includes the link to join the Zoom call at the prescribed date and time.

The purpose of the Introduction to Canon Digital Photo Class is to orient students to their current Canon camera. This is an introductory course aimed at new or returning Canon DSLR or Canon Mirrorless owners. Class size will be limited to approximately 15 students.Our goal is to orient you to the functions and various settings on your Canon camera and share how we use our gear with you. We will share our techniques to help the student take better photos with the camera that they have now.

This Virtual Class has three portions:

 1.  WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEO: First you will need to go to the Club Website and go to the Workshops link. There you will find a link to Training Videos. Select the Canon Camera Tutorials link. There you will find an array of tutorial videos by four noted photographers. You need to watch your camera's video(s) sometime before our Zoom call described below.

2 & 3. REGISTER AND ATTEND THE 2 SEPARATE ZOOM CALLS You will have the opportunity to join Bob Bearden, Sherry McRae and Walter Bywaters on June 12 at 10:00 via Zoom video. During this first Zoom call they will answer any remaining questions you have on how to use your Canon Camera and elaborate on their experience with Canon cameras and their techniques to improve your images. There will be a second Zoom call on Wednesday, June 17 at 1:00YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER AGAIN FOR THIS CLASS. After this first class, Bob will email the registered participants the Zoom link for the second class/call.
