Enjoy Fredericksburg Herb Farm for a fine dining experience at the Farm Haus Bistro, an indoor garden environment. Entrée choices (to be selected when you purchase your ticket): Chicken Pot Pie (puff pastry, chicken, green peas, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, herbs and garden salad); Hill Country Omelet (spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, avocado, chevre goat cheese and sweet onion home fries); Herb Farm Burger (8 oz angus beef burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, toasted brioche bun and garden salad); or Chicken Cranberry Wrap (mixed greens, chicken salad, cranberries, pecans, diced red onions, cilantro-lime dressing and veggie chips). Beverages include Arnold Palmer, lemonade, herbal or black iced tea and soda. After lunch enjoy walking through the floral, vegetable and herb gardens, and visit the Poet’s Haus gift shop and the Canning Shed where candles, lotions and soaps are formulated on-site. Stop by Nature’s Spa, the 5,000 square foot destination spa facility, and peek at the beautiful Sunday Haus Cottages available for overnight bookings. On our way back to Sun City, we will tour Hill Country bluebonnets taking the Willow City loop. Hopefully this April date will provide beautiful acres of blue! We will stop at the Marble Falls Bluebonnet Café for Pie Happy Hour! Home baked daily, choices include apple, cherry, pecan, fudge, coconut cream, peach, German chocolate, banana cream and more!
