THINK PINK for Sun City Texas’ 11th Annual Rally for the Cure! This major event is truly a community endeavor, bringing together people from all backgrounds who are working toward the same goal – to raise funds for Susan G. Komen Austin and to raise hope for survivors, their families and friends. Join the battle against this dreadful disease and help raise money to find a cure!

Shoot Out
The date this year will kick off with the shootout on Wednesday, Oct.18, at the White Wing #9 green, we will have the Rally Shootout. This event will be held from 4 - 6 p.m. Putter’s Café will have complimentary chips and salsa as well as a few drink specials. This super fun event involves participants paying $20 to have 3 shots to hit golf balls from the cart path by the patio (off a mat), over the pond, and onto the 9th green.

There will be lots of “get on the green” giveaways and a $500 pro shop gift certificate for the first Hole-in-One. Closest to the pin will win a $100 pro shop gift certificate! We look forward to a great turnout!

Tournament
The Rally Tournament will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19, at Legacy Hills, White Wing, and Cowan Creek golf courses, and will include an 8 a.m. shotgun start with complimentary lunch, beverages, and awards in the Social Center Ballroom immediately following play. There will be 50/50 drawing contests so be sure to bring a little extra cash to participate!

Registration forms are available at all three golf shops and can be returned, with check attached, to any of the three golf shops.

At the completion of play, stop by Wriggley’s Pub between 4 p.m. to closing to keep the party going as 20% of all food and beverage sales will be donated to the Rally.

Get Your PINK On!
As a part of the event, and to show your support, we ask that everyone break out their pink apparel! If you don’t have anything pink, we should have a nice selection in the golf shops beginning next week and will have 10% off in pink item purchase!
