Depart SCPL 6 p.m.; return 10:30 p.m. Tickets for this event go on sale on Monday, April 3 @ 8 a.m. To begin our evening, dinner will be on your own. You may select something to eat at the Palmer Event Center, or you may bring your favorite food dish or dessert as you enjoy this concert in a cabaret style setting. No alcoholic beverages can be brought into this venue. Marvel at the extraordinary showmanship of pianist Joseph Joubert and Broadway voices Alicia Hall Moran and Destan Owens as they bring George Gershwin’s catalog to life. Come hear your Austin Symphony and company perform some of Gershwin’s most memorable melodies, such as Fascinating Rhythm, I Got Rhythm, S’Wonderful, Summertime and more.
