Sun City Texas sees growth, improvements, renovations
During April 2017, Sun City Texas achieved another milestone in
its existence: We exceeded 7,500 homes. In fact, on April 30, we expect to switch from the back nine to the front nine for play

There are a variety of improvements currently in process in Sun
City Texas. You have likely seen the landscape and drainage
improvements underway on Sun City Boulevard. According to
the plan, this work will continue through 2018.
The renovation project to improve White Wing Golf Course and
the putting green at Legacy Hills Golf Course is on track and
scheduled to be complete in September. Construction in May
