The Sun City Hunting & Fishing Club will
sponsor their 17th Annual Fish Fry and Silent
Auction on Saturday, May 6 in the Social
Center Ballroom. Come and enjoy one of Sun
City’s most popular club-sponsored events.
There will be a fantastic catfish dinner and all the trimmings
with the usual beverages included. There will be dozens of
interesting items available to bid on in the silent auction - cash
or personal checks only from the successful bidders for the auction
items, please (no credit cards).

Lee Chandler is a brooding, irritable loner who
works as a handyman for a Boston apartment
block. One damp winter day he gets a call
summoning him to his hometown, north of the
city. His brother’s heart has given out suddenly,
and he’s been named guardian to his 16-year-old nephew. As if
losing his only sibling and doubts about raising a teenager weren’t
enough, his return to the past re-opens an unspeakable tragedy.

Women’s Fishing Tournament on Wednesday,
May 10 at 8 a.m. at the Cowan Creek Pond.
Three prizes will be awarded. No experience
