The Pickleball Association of Sun City
Texas (PASCT) offers free introductory
training classes. We provide the instruc-
tors, the paddles and balls. You provide
the fun. If you already play pickleball,
challenge yourself by signing up for one
of our leagues. Registration for the fall
leagues will run from August 10-28.

Omaha High / Low, come and join other
Sun City resident players and have a
great time. Players come and go at their
leisure throughout the days of play. All
of the events listed take place in the Ac-
tivities Center located at 1 Texas Drive.
All Sun City residents – new and estab-
lished – are welcome to join the club.
Dues for the remainder of 2015 are $5
per resident and allows each member to
participate in as many of the games as
he or she desires.
Texas Hold’em No Limit Tournament
The Poker Club will hold a $10 buy-in
Texas Hold’em No Limit tournament on
Tuesday, August 11. The tournament
will consist of no more than three tables
with a maximum of 30 players. A sign-
up sheet is posted on the bulletin board
in Game Room #3. You must place your
name on the sign-up sheet to reserve a
seat for the tournament.

We fly every evening at the White Wing

off traveling in our RVs for the summer.

The RV Club brings together those resi-
dents of our active lifestyle community
who also enjoy the RV lifestyle. The result
is a great combination for friendships,
travel and adventure. We currently num-
ber nearly 100 rigs of virtually every style

Rehearsals will begin for our annual
Christmas concert on Tuesday, August 25.
The concert dates this year are Wednes-
day, December 2, and Thursday, Decem-
ber 3, with a dress rehearsal on Tuesday,
December 1.

Dulcimers - a SIG of Singers
Our concert committee is beginning to
formulate a list of tunes we will play at
our January concert. If you think of a tune
you would love to hear, call Janice Mitchell

Practice is every Saturday from 10 a.m. to
noon and every Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
in Rooms 3 & 4 of the Activities Building.
