coming Nonprofits Fair. Traditionally, we
have more than 40 nonprofits participating.
Talk to representatives of area organizations
to see what services are available and wheth-
er there is a cause you are interested in supporting. Have a
nonprofit that is near and dear to you that you would like to

Follies 2014: A Night at the Oscars
March 3-8, 7 p.m., SCB
And the Oscar goes to…Sun City Texas! The
Academy Awards is the inspiration for the 2014
edition of AcTAG’s Follies. Capturing the glitz,
glamour and excitement of Hollywood’s biggest
night, AcTAGwill roll out the red carpet with
song, dance, comedy and drama fromyour favorite Oscarmovies. 
Don’t miss this “Two Thumbs Up” performance. Be there to
see the Sun City Texas celebs give their award-winning per-
formances.
Opening night isMonday, March 3, and will run nightly through
Saturday, March 8. Tickets go on sale January 2 and will be
available online, at theMember Services Office, or at the door, if
available. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m.

Folkwine is a trio that specializes in tight har-
mony, singing songs from classic artists such
as Peter, Paul & Mary, The Kingston Trio,
Gordon Lightfoot, Marty Robbins, The Everly
Brothers, and Ian & Sylvia. They also mix in
songs from popular acts from the 1970s, such as John Denver,
TheMarshall Tucker Band, Bob Seeger, and The Eagles, as well
as their own fine originals. The trio consists of Buenger Dickson
(tenor guitar), Les Newcomb (six- and 12-string guitar), and Joe
Blanda (lead and slide guitar).
