Unwanted bladder leakage is a frustrating problem for over 40
million women across the nation. It is reported that 1 out of
4 women over the age of 18 experiences some type of bladder
leakage and leakagewill affect between 30-50%of childbearing
women by age 40. Unfortunately, most women are not comfort-
able discussing leakage and assume bladder leakage is an issue
they have to “live with”. Often they hope their leakage will
resolve itself only to find that it can get worse over time. But,
there are options to treat leakage that do not involve pills, pain
or side effects. Please joinDr. KellyMontiville fromGeorgetown
Ob-Gyn “Complete Women’s Care” for an educational seminar
about bladder leakage and your options for treatment.

Improve Your Indoor Air Quality and Save
Money
Thursday, May 23, 11:30 a.m., Andice Room at the
Cowan Creek Amenity Center
Hosted by: Floyd Smith, Affordable Air Conditioning
and Plumbing

Do you have concerns about the air quality in your home? Here are
some ways to know if you need to improve your indoor air quality:
• If you’re experiencing mildew or unpleasant odors from the
air vents
• If the A/C vents look dirty and moldy
• If your allergies bother you when the A/C system is on
Air ducts and air conditioning units should be cleaned and in-
spected at least once a year. Bathrooms and air conditioning
ducts are a common source of mold. Humidity can cause moisture
build up, which will lead to mold growth. This can cause allergic
reactions, asthma, and other respiratory problems.
Join Floyd for a BBQ lunch and learn how to improve the quality
of the air in your home and save money.
Seminar topics will include:
• Air purifiers that help remove bacteria, viruses and mold
(surface and airborne)
• Eco-friendly “green” options
• Saving money on electrostatic, reusable air filters
• Proper maintenance of AC units and air ducts
Floyd, “Residential Comfort” expert, has been working in the
HVAC industry since 1994. He holds his State of Texas license,
EPA license, and he is a Heat Exchanger, Puron and City Rebate
expert. He learned his trade in the Marine Corps on commercial
equipment, then transferred his technical abilities to residential.
