Room Schedule

Table and chair setup is provided in the following locations: the Social Center Ballroom, the Retreat Lonestar Room, and the Cowan Creek Florence and Georgetown Rooms.

To ensure sufficient time for setup and preparation, the following time buffers between scheduled events are required:

• 3 hours between events at the Social Center Ballroom
• 1.5 hours between events at the Retreat Lonestar Room
• 1 hour between events at the Cowan Creek Florence and/or Georgetown Room
